Luvi Flowers operates from a private flower warehouse in Al Quoz, Dubai. We do not have a walk-in boutique. Orders are prepared for delivery so we can focus on freshness and speed.

Same-day delivery is available for eligible products and addresses. Cut-off times are not fixed: they depend on how long the product takes to prepare and how long the address takes to reach. Some products can be delivered in as little as 1 hour. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Yes, when your order reaches a minimum amount. That minimum depends on the delivery emirate or area, and it can change with the current offer. The threshold and any delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes, if we have not started processing it. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We contact the recipient before delivery. If they do not answer and the order is already confirmed, extra delivery fees may be charged for a reattempt.

Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or change-of-mind exchanges after delivery. If an arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number.

We offer hand bouquets, sweetheart boxes, acrylic florals, bag blooms, and bundles that can include chocolates or balloons. You can also request a custom arrangement or start a flower subscription.

Yes. Share the occasion, colours, and style through WhatsApp, the website, or our contact page and our florists will advise.

Yes. We handle events, corporate orders, and bulk requests. Please place these in advance so we can confirm stock and design.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tabby and Tamara may be available at checkout. Cash on delivery is available for eligible Dubai deliveries only.

Yes. You can add a card message, send anonymously, or ask us to contact the recipient for their address. Country and emirate are still needed so we can calculate delivery.

Select “ask the recipient for the address” at checkout. We will contact them for the complete delivery details. You still need to choose the country and area so shipping can be calculated.

You choose a budget, schedule, and start date. Pause, skip, or cancel from your account with at least 1 day’s notice before the next delivery. Later changes apply to the following delivery.

Yes. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are paid by the recipient.

We deliver the order to the address in the destination country. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by local authorities are the recipient's responsibility.
