Approved refunds are processed as follows: • Credit/Debit card: 5-10 business days • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 3-5 days • Store credit: Immediate Refund amount may exclude delivery fees depending on circumstances.

In case of quality issues, we offer: • Free replacement arrangement • Redelivery at no additional cost • Alternative product of equal or greater value Replacements are subject to flower availability and must be requested within 24 hours of original delivery.

The following cannot be returned: • Orders delivered more than 24 hours ago • Flowers that wilted due to improper care • Custom arrangements (unless defective) • Perishable add-ons (chocolates, cakes) after delivery • Gift cards Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

If your flowers arrived damaged: • Take photos immediately • Do not accept delivery if severely damaged • Contact us within 1 hour of delivery • We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund Our delivery partners are trained to handle arrangements with care.
